Farm Facilities:
- Ten acres of fenced pasture
- Six separate paddocks
- Mares and Geldings are paddocked separately if necessary
- Herds are kept relatively small
- Three paddocks with turnout facilities
- A lighted,180 foot by 85 foot, outdoor sand ring (see below)
- A half mile track (see below)
- Two outdoor wash stalls
- Heated tack room facilities
- Heated bathroom
Full Board includes the following:
- An 11 foot by 12 foot stall with rubber mats
- Twice daily feedings with individualized feeding plans.
- Additional supplements will be administered as requested, if supplied by owner.
- Daily turnout weather permitting, we believe horses are happiest outside with
other horses
- Morning stall cleaning with shavings added daily, water and grain buckets
scrubbed
- Outdoor water buckets are washed daily and checked several times during the
day
- Blanketing during bad weather
- Additional hay on especially cold days
- Hay racks in stall if desired
Additional Services available if desired:
- Stall with Dutch doors $50.00 per month extra
- Double stall (22ft. X 12 ft.) $100.00 per month extra
- Grooming
- Massage therapy
- Training (dressage, hunter jumper, western)
- Lessons (beginner and intermediate)
- Guided Trail Rides
Other important facts:
- We work with the Wells Veterinary Hospital, although you are welcome to bring
your own vet
- All horses boarded are required to have annual inoculations
- All horses brought to the farm must have had a negative coggins test within the
last year and proof of inoculations.
