to the south and the Kennebunks to the north. The farm is a 34 acre facility with a 24-stall
barn, oversized outdoor sand arena. There are also several large pastures safely
contained within 4-rail wooden post and board fencing. The fenced paddock area is
approximately 10 acres. Three of the pastures have large run-in sheds. Many of the
pastures have significant shade and tree cover. To the rear of the property there is a
half-mile sand training track. Right off the property are miles and miles of trails through
the scenic woodlands surrounding the farm. The property is located at the end of a quiet,
dead end road.
The house available for rental at the farm was built in 2002. It has three bedrooms, two
and one half baths and sleeps five. Full board is available for your horses during your
stay. Your horses will also have your own paddock area with turnout shed of
approximately one acre.
measure 11x 12 feet, and all dividing walls between stalls are removable
allowing for much roomier accommodations for either draft-size horses or
broodmares and foals. Running water is available outside each stall. There
are two outside wash stalls.
