The NorthPoint Equestrian Center is just 6 miles from the Atlantic Ocean in the resort town
of Wells with Ogunquit to the south and the Kennebunks to the north. The farm is a 34
acre facility with oversized outdoor sand arena with round pen. There are also several
large pastures safely contained within 4-rail wooden post and board fencing. The fenced
pasture area is approximately 10 acres or about one acre per horse since we limit board
to ten horses. Many of the pastures have significant shade and tree cover and there are
three run-ins for additional shelter. To the rear of the property there is a half-mile sand
training track. Right off the property are miles of trails through the scenic woodlands
surrounding the farm. The property is located at the end of a quiet, dead end road.

The main barn, built in the late 1980s, is in excellent condition. Individual stalls
measure 11x 12 feet, and all dividing walls between stalls are removable
allowing for much roomier accommodations for either draft-size horses or
broodmares and foals. Running water is available outside each stall. There
are two outside wash stalls.
The property is owned and managed by Tom and Marsha Aulisio.
Tom, Marsha and their daughter Susanne have owned their two
horses Gidget and Abu for the past nineteen years. The other Aulisio
daughter Deana is an Environmental Engineer and works at the
University of New Hampshire.
If you are interested in boarding at NorthPoint board begins at $385
per month.
